Use License

Content

Data Usage and Model Training
We do not use your personal data to train machine learning models. Improvements to our systems are derived from synthetic, aggregated, or anonymized information that does not identify you.
Integrations; Processing at Runtime
When you connect third-party integrations (including but not limited to Gmail, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Calendar, and similar services), the service accesses data strictly to perform the actions you initiate. Content retrieved via integrations is processed at runtime and is not stored by InsightX Labs after the operation completes, unless you explicitly request persistent storage. Access credentials are stored securely and used solely to perform authorized actions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InsightX Labs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
